Couldn't read the article "for legal reasons", but how the fuck can you have committed a crime severe enough to warrant a 20 year sentence, then have a judge be lenient enough to suspend it?!

AND here is the problem with the suspension: If this is added to the statistics that show the length of sentence it will be counted as 20 years NOT 0 years.
