Hey guys, been looking into doing some hardcore meal prep and diet control since I currently have the ability financially and time wise.

Extensive googling has brought up some conflicting ratios although the message of calories in = calories out has become clear.

I'm currently at 15% estimated bf, 145 lbs (5'5).

Keto recommends sub 30g carbs, and using 1g protein/lb my ratio ends up (5%/25%/70%) or (31g/154g/192g) (carb/protein/fat), however literally any bodybuilding or muscle forum article will recommend a substantially more carb heavy ratios at like (40%/30%/30%) or (247g/185g/82g), or even higher protein and lower fat.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Btw my numbers are taken off the myfitnesspal calculator for a daily intake of 2470 calories.

I was thinking of doing a middle of the road ratio at (20%/30%/50%).

My current plan is to get extremely accurate data for a week or so on diet (in college so diet is not super varied), and consistently track weight.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: It would seem I should probably be aiming closer to 2k calories/day if I'm looking to see abs by July

EDIT2: This guy seems to know what he's talking about, I may adjust my ratios closer to his suggested.
