Think how much privilege you must have to say "I raped someone for their own good" and think it will hold up as a defense.

She has a wise lawyer. She was initially going to use the old "I raped the kid because I was horny, so what?" defense. That one is in of itself is pretty reliable for a Hot Teacher, but perhaps it wouldn't work as well with this particular judge.
