So for context, the lady was previously reported to have assaulted officers in the city and the assumption is that she started walking up aggressively thus creating this response.

Edit: Dont wanna spread misinformation so editing with the actual context. Read the above on some other subreddit.

The lady (allegedly homeless) was reported to be harassing employees and guests outside a restaurant in Huntington Beach, and the officers response was solely based off her aggressive approach.
