Shitty diaper change right by customer service. The stinkier and shittier the better.

On the floor or on a table if need be.

They'll get a changing table PDQ.

When I had to change my daughter in Boots the chemist and there was no changing table I started to do it on the counter where people pay. Within a few seconds the manager had found me a room to change my daughter.

It’s required by law that bathrooms have changing tables. Report them to your nearest applicable body, especially if they don’t have a family bathroom.
