The more fashionable you are, the more you are out of style when the fashion changes. Those pushing political correctness should remember this, for they will be on the wrong bus when tide turns.

Just be upfront with them that they probably won't be able to get laid, and offer bonus pay for anyone willing to sign on anyway.

Or legalize prostitution and publish the project schedule well in advance.

Or if most of them are married, arrange for them to be able to bring their families along with them, or to be able to go home every weekend.

“women entrepreneurs tend to make better choices than others.”

I could see them making different choices, and those choices being less crowded.

I could see the subsidies female small business owners get (at least around here) meaning that their choices work out better even if they're the same choices.

I could see reporting bias disproportionately amplifying their successes so it looks like they do better.

I could see women who don't know what they're doing giving up faster than men who don't know what they're doing, leading to a much stronger survivor bias.

This one I'd like to see actual serious studies about. It's interesting regardless of whether it's true.
