This is the second time in the last 14 months that Phelps has been arrested for attacking a man who refused to sleep with her

The first time she did this, the prosecuters refused to press charges

Now she's done it again, and once again she's released after posting a measly $100 bail and only being charged with a misdemeanor. She deserves to be locked away, considering she's a serial predator who will keep attacking so long she isn't punished

But of course this is the kind of "justice" male victims should expect from the Criminal Justice System. This is why I'm a proponent of men defending themselves against women. Men need to look out for themselves, because the CJS isn't going to do it for them
