The Feminists filed this action in a federal district court in San Francisco, despite the money and brains behind the named plaintiffs being in D.C. (Democracy Forward & National Women's Law Center) along with all of the defendants.

The core of the complaint by the plaintiffs is that DeVos et al. new guidelines and protections for the accused are fucking up feminists' sweet little businesses as Title IX commissars-for-hire.

Plaintiff SurvJustice Pg. 7, Paragraph 16 of the complaint:

Following and as a result of the 2017 Title IX policy change, SurvJustice experienced a decrease in the number of sexual violence survivors seeking its services.

Same for the other SF plaintiff, Equal Rights Advocate, pg. 9-10, paragraph 25:

ERA brings this action on its own behalf because the challenged 2017 Title IX policy (i) requires resource-intensive efforts that divert resources from its daily operations; (ii) limits the efficacy of available avenues of redress to ERA’s clients and others it serves, (iii) increases the costs ERA bears in its work on behalf of student survivors of sexual violence; and (iv) otherwise directly conflicts with, impairs, and frustrates ERA’s organizational mission and programmatic priorities

Same with the Oregon plaintiff, Victim Rights Law Center, pg. 12-13, paragraph 31:

Moreover, as a result of the new Title IX policy there has been a decline in the number of survivors willing to file complaints with the Department of Education and/or otherwise communicating with the Department of Education where there is already an investigation pending. Such declines in reporting and hesitance to participate in the grievance process either through educational institutions or at the Department of Education directly threaten and frustrate VRLC’s mission and purpose.

Unfortunately, the feminists are practiced enough at lawfare that they'll probably get their injunctive relief from the district court judge because SAN FRANCISCO.

Karianne Jones, an attorney for Democracy Forward Foundation, which is representing the plaintiffs in the case, told the Huffington Post, "What you see is that this administration is buying into the sex stereotype that women and girls lie about these types of things, and they’re making policy based on that view."

Women do lie about these sort of things.
