According to most all of the world
Why do people consider the foreskin as a $0 part of the body when cosmetics companies and biotech labs buy it for a few thousand.
How is worth $0 to the person who was born with it, but a few thousand to the companies that want to buy it?
Also, if the circumcision is botched, how come the child doesn't get nearly no money because they only lost a bit of the glans/most of the glans and the (useless) foreskin? Why are the less sensitive glans worth millions if damaged but the rest is worth nothing?
With that in mind, why do hospitals even risk circumcising if when they mess up, they can damage millions of dollars worth of a person? Why not just leave that (supposedly) useless part of their body there since its not harming the child?
Money. That's why. Money, tradition, fear and taboo.
