If a woman is seated in a miniskirt with her genitals on show, it's not upskirting, but inskirting. It is a females duty to hide her genitals from cameras, not a man from photographing the display.

I feel like people should read the judge's arguments and decisions before knee jerking over this issue. You might learn something.

For example, a Washington, D.C. judge ruled in 2014 that a woman does not have a “reasonable expectation of privacy” if she were photographed “clothed and positioned in a public space, even if the photographs in question are incredibly invasive and demeaning.”

What everyone here is arguing is a FEELs argument, which is pretty part and parcel for feminists, actually. "I feel intruded on, therefore there should be a law against it".

Do you all cover your faces with masks and keep your hands gloved so you don't leave fingerprints everywhere and hide from CCTV? Because you're being "intruded" every day by just moving around in broad daylight by real recording devices. But that's totally cool.
