Please explain why one is a major issue while the other one is minor issue

Rape and false rape are both major issues. The prevalence of either needs to be taken care of, but the prevalence of the former has been monitored and taken care of for at least 50 years, by politicians wanting to protect women for their votes, by police, by staff, etc.

False rape accusations, on the other hand, is serially denied as even existing, in 2018. Politicians don't say peep about it. Police handle it but often they scare a potential false accuser enough that they recant and it doesnt become a full criminal issue which goes into the stats of "how many false rape accusations exist".

You're putting words in others' mouths by claiming "you guys think real rape is a minor issue!".

What percentage of false rape are you going by?

It's quoted as being between 2% and 8%. Going by 2 in 25, I can only assume 8%, so should that be 4 in 50?

As far as I knew it was a mixture of plead guilty and an issue with legalisation. But I can't remember the specifics. Just posting so I can come back and read any responses.

The title of your post does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable.

So please don't do it. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

The actual rate on American university campuses is in the same ballpark. In fact many universities report zero rapes on their campus in a year. The problem is that feminists don't want to accept reality, and they insist that there must be this huge number of rapes that no one knows about, in order to boost the rate up to 1 in 4 or whatever number they're using this week. That's insane and no one is buying it - no one rational, at least.

Feminists are determined to have a big number to quote even if they have to lie to get one. That's essential for them to continue their 3 favourite pastimes: cashing in, accumulating political power and demonising men.

I hope now you can see why everyone hates feminists and doesn't believe a word they say.

Also how so you explain the high amount of untested rape kits?

The only thing that a rape kit is for is identifying the man who had sex with the woman who was tested.

Typical sequence of events:

Woman goes to police and says, "I was raped by <man X>".
Her statement is taken and a rape kit is done.
Police interview <man X>. He admits having sex with the woman, but claims it was consensual.
Investigation continues, <man X> is charged and proceeds to trial.

In this case there's no need to test the rape kit, because <man X> has admitted to having sex with the woman. The trial will determine if the sex was consensual or not, but either way there is no need to test the rape kit.

Feminists then blatantly lie about the untested rape kit to whip up hysteria about rape culture etc, blatantly ignoring the fact that the admission by <man X> has eliminated any need to test it in the first place.

That's how feminism works.

that is not "rape", is "sexual assault" and is not even real, is "alleged", most of it is just sexual mishaps and scorn

the "real" rate is incredible low in US...
