That is a terrible idea, whoever wrote that book is a moron and inciting violence against boys.

Young boys are not going to take kindly to being deceived and abused, if what is described there happens and a boy naturally takes down one or both of the girls in brutal fashion, which would inevitably happen.... I would vote not guilty to anything the boy would be charged with, assuming I were on that jury I mean.
