So what's its point? Similarly, a lot of girls like getting touched by guys especially if he's handsome or rich. Conversely a lot of guys don't like being touched by strangers. I would say most people in general don't like being groped by strangers without permission, hence why it's illegal

In other words, a person can't just assume a person's going to like being sexually harassed on the basis of "some other people don't mind it"
