It's a British cartoon poking fun at Teresa May's latest Brexit big idea to try and avoid the monumental increase in paperwork when trading with the EU - the latest buzz-phrase is having a "close regulatory alignment".
Although given the rate of change of buzz-phrases it probably won't be by next week.

In my personal life I have only seen one divorce that was amicable and I don't think it is a coincidence that the wife mad A LOT more money than the husband. She was a doctor, he was a stay at home husband (unemployed writer)

I've seen one where custody was split evenly, and that was the divorce of my own parents. Mom split custody 50/50.
