What male survivor in their right mind would trust the UK government, they've probably already been raked over the coals by the CPS and possibly jailed or prosecuted.

There is nothing here that says they want to hear from men.

The Victims’ Commissioner for London is Claire Waxman, described below.

As a survivor of a 12 year stalking campaign, I understand first-hand how hard it can be to receive an effective and timely justice service and the appropriate support. The Code of Practice for Victims was introduced in 2006 stipulating what each justice agency must do for victims, in an attempt to give victims’ statutory rights. We know that receiving these rights is often an impossible feat and this can have a detrimental impact on a victim’s ability to cope and recover. You now have the opportunity to share your experiences which will offer us great learning, understanding and insight into where improvements must be made to ensure victims’ needs are at the heart of the Criminal Justice System. I know that many of you may have been asked to share your experiences before and that your words may not have received the outcome you had hoped. I can assure you that your voice is invaluable to the Mayor of London, myself and to Opinion Research Services and will shape policies and services that could improve a victim's journey to recovery and survival. I thank you, not only for your bravery in speaking out, but also for taking the time to share your experience with us.

This week, she secured another victory when Fogel, who in the past has worked for Sky Sports and Capital Radio, was jailed for three-and-a-half years for breaching a lifetime restraining order by launching a libel suit against her — the first time this has been acknowledged as a form of stalking.

So suing for Libel violates a restraining order? I can't wait to see what legal reforms she produces.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any point. However, it is very important and helpful to hear about the experiences of people who have been a victim of crime in London, regardless of whether you reported the incident to the police or not.

The webpage does not mention sex or orientation, but I can't help but wonder if her advocacy is just for women anyway. Unfortunately, by the time we find out, it will be too late to do anything about it.
