Context is crucial. Peggy, the woman speaking, is the impetus for much of the season's story because she ran over a random guy and hid the body rather than call the police.
By the time we get to the scene OP shared, it's been made clear to the audience over and over again that this woman is marcissitic and delusional. Her words in this scene are pretty much verbatim what you'll hear many women say in the context of a feminist discussion, but hearing them from this character's mouth forms the critique all on its own, driven all the way home by the line "People are dead, Peggy."
You realised we had Deadpool 2 a few weeks ago. With a huge audience. The even outsold infinity war. The movie was a parade of SJWs and Feminist. Because people don't like this stuff. So they enjoy it if media make fun of it.
You even admit that you haven't seen it. I did on the first weekend. It was brilliant. The scene where Deadpool calls cable a racist I lost it. This movie is amazing. Where are you sources for this. Almost everyone loved it. The first one was a but funnier in my opinion. But still. Would give it a 8/10. Get a good source for reviews. Somebody that knows a lot about comic books would be a good start.

Goes right after this scene. And as a fun fact, the story he tells actually happened in real life too.
