Japan seems to be a very anti male society. Aren't men there literally given allowances by their wives? And they wonder why so many young men have no interest in getting married and having kids?

I find the grass-eater phenomenon disturbing -- not due to the grass-eaters themselves but the response by the government. Even in the face of potential demographic collapse they have yet to even consider the crazy idea that supporting men and men's rights might be a viable solution. This does not auger well for other advanced technological societies.

Going to have to actually agree with this one, up to the age of 1 at least. In the same sense that abortion is a legal ~~but~~ and accepted "unwelcome idea," of course.
