It's even worse for them. A man can learn to be happy being alone. Actually what you are experiencing as feeling lonely has got nothing do with women but with neediness for social contact as a whole.

Women feel the same, but they are just better at managing their neediness by having large social circles to turn to.

Here is the kicker though: You as a man can not only learn to manage your neediness like women do, by socializing with other people via mutual interests and activities, but if you get good at it, you won't need women to satisfy that neediness at all anymore.

Women will always crave a man in their lifes for more than sex.

You as a man on the other hand do not need women for anything else than sex, if you don't want to.

No I don't.

Just my observations of women, they seem to have multiply BFF girlfriends who's friendship just appear out of nowhere. The women they work with-- Best Friends!! The neighbor down stairs -- Best Friends !! Girls from school -- Best Friends!!!

While myself and guys who I have been close enough to know a lot about them. That is not the case, we have acquaintances, friends, closer friends maybe and a best friend. The part of me I show is quite limited to each group. The guys I hang out and talk about cars It would be a uncomfortable silence if I talked about art or the deeper meaning of religion or how I was bullied in high school.

Women seem to be able to share anything with other women, as well I have seen them have huge fights and then be friends again an hour later like it never happened. Their connections seem to be both deep and shallow at the same time.

So I don't think they are lonely in the same way guys are because they fill their time with female friends .

They do, but it's different.

When you get thirsty, you don't go from "I'm fine" to "I'm dying of thirst" instantly, there is a gradual shift. Loneliness is the same.

Different people have different points at which they notice their thirst and start to consider drinking something, just like different people notice their own loneliness at different levels of loneliness.

Generally, women will notice their thirst for human companionship faster than men (one could argue that women are more dependent on other humans), and so are typically less lonely than men. That said, lonely women who rarely leave their home and don't have friends absolutely exist.

Chicks can't enjoy being alone. Have to constantly be with friends or family.

I am about as social and outgoing as it gets but fuck man. Nothing better than just relaxing at times.

As a woman, I would say yeah, we get really lonely sometimes. Not all of us have "large social circles" and shit, that's just the women you're trying to fuck. Most women don't, and we get fucked up as a result. It can be very hard when you live your life to basically just work and play video games, and never go out or talk to anyone outside your immediate family. Of course we get lonely, we're only human.

As much wine and antidepressants many single women start consuming by the time they're 30, I have to say yes, they do feel lonelier than men, even if only eventually (until their first dog or cat adoption).
