PUA fixates on presentation as a means to an end . . . that end being getting laid.

TRP fixates on the ideas that getting laid is an end product of other improvements.

PUAs, frankly, often did unhealthy and buffoonish shit in the name of getting laid. I'll argue that PUA is better than nothing -- after all, if you can't be great, at least try not to be boring, right?

That said, TRP is more about accumulating improvements over time. Adjust your body, adjust your outlook. In truth, it's something of a cognitive behavioral therapy. Sort of the way chess players become masters of their domain because they're always try to be less responsive and more calculating.

PUA is more just "don't be boring." Not terrible advice, but not really the whole enchilada, either.

PUA may help with some symptoms occasionally

TRP will help you solve the greater issue

The complete bottom of the rabbit hole. The epitome of nice guy syndrome, the face value version of life that the mainstream media, Disney, and social justice warriors would want all of us to subscribe to. The end result of unchecked feminization. A large group, but not the majority of most people.

Most people in life are purple pill. They are ambitious and aware enough to make themselves presentable to the opposite sex, and can avoid obvious situations of humiliation and degradation from their partner, but lack the open eye awareness to fully swallow the brutal truth. Purple pill men are generally successful with women they don't care about, but, usually always fail in the long term with women they have feelings for, or are very attracted to, or high SMV women.

PUA - "Can I fake the behaviors and closing tactics of Chad Thundercock using canned lines and strategies in social functions, and use manipulative game tactics as my main method of seducing women?"

PUAs study game and the how to of picking up women, especially at bars, clubs, daygame, parties, etc but blindly put faith in game above all else and do not study female nature in its biological understand.

The Red Pill - becoming the guy, 100% in the flesh that all the most desirable women are seduced by, and fall in love with, by improving all aspects of one's life, studying evolutionary psychology, accepting the brutal truth, and studying female behavior, all the while becoming your own version of Chad.

TRP involves self fulfillment, lifting weights, and being alpha in all facets of life.

Someone wrote it something like this back when I began reading TRP.

Trp is the mindset to have and pua is the mindset to attract. So a pua without trp is just a goofball pua. A RPer without pua is just an angry man. A RPer with pua is what you want to be.

Let TRP be the language and PUA be the words.

The difference is the emphasis placed on Frame and Game. Frame is a social idea or construct that an person holds to. Game is employing techniques and strategies with the goal of seduction and sexual success with/access to women.

TRP = Frame (80%) + Game (20%)
PUA = Frame (10%) + Game (80%)

TRP is a belief, on how things and people work. It's an "awakening" that Hollywood's version isn't really true, and this is what human nature is really about.

PUA/Seduction is a subset of TRP, specifically about how to interact with women to get the results you want to get.
