When Everyday Feminism says, Men, don't lead, your voices are listened to. I laugh. 1. They're not. 2. I keep on remembering about how I have been treated as an equal, and that our voices being listened to more is an asset for the movement, for it means that the message is spread.

That blog is such trash. Imagine a MRA parody addressed to female MRAs, where the genders were swapped but everything else remained the same. "Women... you want to be allies... be quiet, shut up, get to the back of the line, we determine whether you are an ally... don't womansplain..." I think an article like that would become as infamous as Elam's parody of Jezebel.

This article reminds me of some some research I did into 'checking your privilege', which basically means that men in the feminism movement need to be submissive to the women. While some guys (and gals) are into that sorta stuff, I don't think it's going to be a big draw for men.

Take responsibility for addressing men’s issues with other men, rather than expecting women in feminism to do all of the work.

This is kinda hard to do with feminists protesting and disrupting any such event, pulling fire alarms and making so much noise as to drown out any speaker.
