The first case I heard like this must have been a couple of years ago. Unless these are a different group of three women, they certainly are taking a long time locking them away. I hope the police are treating it like a priority, because there have been several victims now

In some of them it says that the women were already arrested for raping men before. But apparently they're out doing it again instead of being in jail, which I don't understand

Yes, but this isn't true criminal behavior, because it's just not the same when women rape, and besides, she's probably just calling attention to the plight of women...'cuz 'ya just can't hear enough of that.
