Many alcohol issues exist. If it's a case of using it as a crutch in any situations, then that needs to be figured out before any next steps. This is more about those who: a) Just don't like drinking b) Had issues in the past and have since stopped drinking c) Alcohol makes you tired and completely useless if you stop after the first, and therefore need to keep drinking to be functional.
I fall into the last category. I can stop at 2 drinks, but then it's game over and I need to go sleep it off. It rarely would end like that. After the first drink I could assume I would end up wasted.
I like having a beer from time to time, so what I do is drink non-alcoholic beer. No one can ever tell the difference. What sort of words of wisdom do you guys have?
