I'll actually try to answer this.

For starters, if you orbit her, stop orbiting her and become a lot more attractive. She should start giving you IOIs to try to get some validation once she notices you're valuable and sexual. If she doesn't you'll need to pick up a girl in front of her, and it'll need to be one that she identifies as valuable. NEVER badmouth this girl. NEVER say "it is just sex". NEVER justify why you like her (unless you know what makes your friend proud about herself. In which case mention that, but never solicit it.) If she still doesn't start after that, hook her with an IOI. If she doesn't reciprocate it you need to become a lot more attractive.

Exchange validation until she gets used to the fact that you are sexual. She didn't see you like that before. It doesn't take a lot by the way. Or you mean a romantic partner, most likely monogamous, which you're trying to downgrade. (tell her what you want then do it, accept the consequences regardless of what they are.)

Yes you can certainly make your girlfriend into a FWB or plate. But it's less likely the longer you've been together. If you're making that move cool, but own it. You'll be dating other girls regardless of whether she tolerates it or not. You need to make this decision only from your frame, and own that shit.
