This is the kind of thing I'd choose to read as a joke with multiple meanings (with the more male-friendly reading being that women are so sure they are inherently always right they couldn't even handle their toilet being on the left), because the other way lies madness. It helps that whoever decided to put this sign up probably didn't even consider any alternate ways to read it, so it's probably an attempted attack on men that kind of backfires.

I actually think it is practical to have more women's stalls than men's. Women generally take longer and have you seen the line for women's washrooms when there are an equal number of stalls while there is no line for the men's?
