I've heard this term, but I don't what it means. Usually, feminists call women who help men and/or leave the sisterhood, "gender traitors". The saying you're noted is less commonly used by them.

It's feminists being passive aggressive and thinking they are being clever, just like when they coin terms like fuckboi, or bromance (that one backfired because some men took it back and made it their own).

Seriously though, they are just pissed when fellow women are welcomed into predominantly male spaces with smiles and acceptance for being "chill" (aka normal human beings). Why? Because they aren't welcomed since they act like everything is a source of frickin misogyny, so they force their way in and proceed to ignore the fact that this is shitty, rude behavior akin to demanding entrance to a clubhouse instead of waiting to be invited by current members who can vouch for you. They condemn those of us who are one of the guys, because their ideology of female superiority disallows it.

Think of the art major girls with “Well Behaved Women Rarely Make History” bumper stickers all over the back of their Rav 4 SUV (bought by daddy). They think being shrill, obnoxious and growing armpit hair makes them social agitators. Normal women who aren’t like them, are “chill”, because they just selfishly sit back and enjoy the freedoms and opportunities that warrior women who went to a protest once while listening to Ani DiFranco have gotten for them.
