How do you find out your own SMV?

The SMV of the girls you are able to pull equals your SMV. Simple as that.

Everything else is just bullshit and serves for reasons to build strawmen. Let aside a large portion of SMV is purely subjective.

Read up on what SMV consists of. Then it's pretty easy to tell.

I consider my SMV to be about 5-6.

This is because not a lot of girls pay attention to me. They don't look at me on the street. The girls that do pay attention to me I judge to be 5s or 6s (except for the 8 I dated not long ago, but she mostly cared about the fact that I'm well off).

I also have pretty much no luck on dating sites which I take to mean that I'm not in the top 20%.

None of this is surprising to me and I'm not bitter about it. I know I can change all of the above if I prioritized it (lifting etc.).

It also depends on the context. For example your SMV will be lower in a powerlifting event and your SMV will be higher in a comiccon.

Maybe is hard to find SMV accurately but you definitely tell when your SMV is increasing due to girls looking at you more and people being more friendly towards you

Average of the girls you pull is the most reliable metric when you want to factor in harder things such as game.
I'm generally a strong 6 or weak 7, but can jump from 3-8 depending on occasion. I have among the best style on campus (according to others), and know how to best improve the foundation I got, but the foundation is shit. I got permanent dark circles due to insomnia when I was younger, and my hairline and teeth are slightly asymetrical. On top of that I compete in MMA and therefore have slight cauliflower ears. Due to the martial arts I am quite ripped, but lack muscle mass (same body as Max Holloway), making me look skinny if I don't wear fitted clothing which shows what I got. If I slack off in style, sleep, diet or just wait 2 extra weeks for my haircut I can feel the SMV fall like a rock.
Thank god my 8 is during nighttime, where style and game is at it's peak
