There's no way it's zero. Real discrimination surly exists because the truth is some people suck. But that's why it was made illegal in the fucking 60's. Wage theft steals more money from people than any other crime by a wide margin. So I think it's reasonable to think there are cases of gender based wage theft, but it's already rightfully illegal so what the fuck do people want?

Exactly... It's already against the law to do, so if someone is doing it to you, and you don't go to the cops/ get a lawyer, you are letting them do it to you...
It's not a crime if you don't report it.

If something isn't reported to the authorities, it doesn't make it into the statistics. If it's not in the statistics, it didn't happen. I'm not saying that it never happened in reality, but I AM saying that it's not reflected in stats, so you can't point to data and say "This is the number of times X happens".
