Sadly, I have to admit that I would hesitate to help anyone in any situation in fear of law suits. I hate that I feel that way, and when it came down to it, like someone drowning, I probably would help, but on paper, hypothetically speaking, no way.

Edit: If there were lots of people around I would let others help. If I was the only hope of someone surviving , I would help.

Feminist take on this issue: it's a product of the misogynistic belief that women falsely accuse men of sexual assault.

They'll never acknowledge that their own activism has created this atmosphere. It's patriarchy, all the way down.

Yep. I️ would not try and help any woman I️ see who might need it. I️ do not want to deal with that shit ever, and I️ have been trained in CPR for the last few years.
