Earl Silverman did good work in a political environment that wished he didn't exist. I only heard about him after his suicide and if he had been able to hold on to life a little longer he would have seen changes such as CAFE making real progress.

Old story. I gave him $100. It was not enough. How much did everyone else give him?

I will give CAFE more than that. Theirs will be the first shelter that has a real chance of survival.
