Okay guys so yesterday I was supposed to meet a girl I haven't seen in a while. She's always been fond of me and always contacts me first. She sent me a message that we were in the same city and she wanted to see me. We arranged to grab a drink later that day, after we were done with our stuff.
To make it short, when I called her to meet, she wanted to meet somexhere I wasn't really fond of. I suggested other places but she wouldnnt bend, and then said "I'm staying there", "I don't wanna spend money". Called her out on it and she kinda used amused mastery on me and joked how I should actually pick her up. I told her I was serious and I didn'y like the fact she wouldn't move her ass while claiming to want to meet.
Anyway, we agreed on a compromise but I was pissed off by her entitled attitude. I decided not to go without telling her and stay with other friends. But now I feel bad, because she had asked me to tell her when I was on the train. I didn't, and she still went to the station although we didn't set any time. She waited 45 minutes, called me 7 times, left a couple texts etc. So she actually moved her ass, which means she's ok in my book now.
Problem is I'm not sure what to do. That was yesterday btw. Should I tell her a white lie? Should I keep ignoring her?
She's a good friend, and I don't wanna ruin 2 years of friendship because of that event, but I had to make a point. However I think if I openly tell her I stood her up on purpose yday she might not forgive me.
