Hey guys, I want to share a bit of my issues with seduction and women. Like my username suggests, I used to be an incel. This means involuntary celibate, which means that I essentially spent the first 26 years of my life with no contact with women at all, and crippling depression because of it. Obviously, this led me to think that I was extremely ugly, lame and weak, and not good enough for a girl. So I have plenty of issues with myself.

The thing is, last year I got out of my shell because of external constraints and somehow had quite a bit of success with women. I have since had 9 makeouts and slept with 3 girls. And all of them were pretty or even hot. Now while all of this happened, I was starting to feel a bit confident. But it has been a while due to reasons, and I find myself having the same thoughts I once had when I was incel. The difference is, I know now that some women are attracted to me. I mean I get at least 1 obvious look of interest a day. I know what it means and what it can potentially lead to, unlike before. But I feel like shit about myself again. Validation is volatile and illusory.

What I want to know is what can help me forge a self respecting mentality, how do I change my beliefs about me? Any books, activities, general advice? Finding love is literally the only thing I want in the world, I fall in love daily and I admire women but I can't get it because of how I treat myself. Because women treat me good now..
