So i consider myself a pretty active mens rights activist. I write letters, openly debate for the sake of education, and even run a YouTube channel where I've discussed mens issues. And to be honest, I've hated every minute of it.

The world as it is, is against men. Men are demonized daily for just being men. We are constantly accused of things we didn't do, we are lumped in with abusers are rapists. Our issues are seen as nothing more than a ploy for attention at the expense of others. We can't even be violently raped and besten without it being dismissed or abused. I know this from first hand experience with coming out about my own rape story. Frankly, being a mens rights activist is fucking shitty work with little to no payback, adn whenever this is said publicly, buzz words are thrown at us. Misogyny, sexist, rapist, male privilege, cuck, mansplaining, manspreading, manturrupting, we've heard and likely been called all the buzzterms by now, right?

Through it all, i have honestly just wanted to stop and just say "fuck it, I'm done!" But you guys have been amazing. You've been kind, reasonable, generous, and so much more. You've made this tiny subreddit a place where men can actually discuss real issues without every dyejob with tits shitting in valid and frankly frightening issues.

I just wanna thank you all for giving me a place to rest my head when I'm tired of kicking my feet. Men need to stand together, and I'm so happy to see us doing so, and I'm even honored to be standing with you guys.

In summation, bro hugs.
