You really want to defend this guy? There are some people that get off on causing pain during sex. I was once just viciously bitten and clawed by a goth chick. Luckily she stopped when I indicated that "Who the fuck likes you doing that??? Stop." Seriously, she almost drew blood, and I stopped it.

This could be a clear case of abusive sex.

I can see how my op has been misunderstood and didnt communicate my point clearly.

Not defending him. Im not even debating this specific case, more the level of lack of calm debate and treatment of men in the media over legal matters.

Am calling for perspective. My ex bruised me. Some people, women especially bruise very easily. My sister bruises from nothing. She points this out herself.

My ex carried on doing painful things to me during sex for a few seconds due to the excitement that is common during sex, and the few seconds that can happen between partners, due to miscommunication.

Debate about men has become so extreme and black or white. The truth is often complex, especially when it comes down to seconds during sex between two consenting adults where many people now role play, and do things consensually that once would be considered extreme in the bedroom.

The more common all that becomes, the less clearcut things are and the less the media should jump to condemning and assumptions-especially before theres even been a sentence. And yet the quicker they are to do just that.

As I said, not defending him. Its not about this specific court case-its about the double standard, the hysteria instead of calm examination of facts before condemning, and the differences between men and women.
