You should point out that people who throw such vile accusations about use it Primarily for defence. ... so what's he defending?

As someone who has had to deal with his more than fair share of such accusations (in the UK being a single disabled male it's accus-o-matic for paedophilia) The best defence is a full on offence..... but with extra soft velvet gloves.

You should also point out that he is now making excuses for having a Noisy Dog - Dogs don't bark incessantly unless they are afraid - and that fear is in his house, not your's.

Abused and fearful animals are a sign of domestic abuse, so I would wonder after the welfare of his daughter and other family members.

If he want's to throw shit - let him. You just use it as fertiliser to grow a bank of thorns all around him and his family.

If you respond with aggression others will see it as you being defensive. He's poisoning your environment so make it as toxic as possible for him. Take your time and make the Toxin do all the hard work.

I'm not a lawyer, but what I'm reading in here seems like lousy advice that's just going to escalate this further than it already is. Don't say a word. If he's just talking to you and making accusations and insinuations, keep your mouth shut and continue to film away. You're on your property, doing what's completely legal, and what was suggested by a police officer for you to do. There's nothing he can say to you that will change that. Opening your mouth will only make things worse.

Now, if he tells someone else, and you get approached by anyone in your neighbourhood making the same kinds of statements, or you see posters start going up about it, sue, sue, sue and use his comments on the video as your evidence.
