Does anyone know of a University that legally challenged the Title IX "Dear Colleague" letter? Vandechoz September 9, 2017 2 upvotes /r/MensRights And just how common is it for Universities to challenge that sort of thing in general? Can they, even? I'm wondering how much to consider them between a rock and hard place, or fully culpable for blindly following orders.
