Weird question , I know

In my job, I often have to stand and monitor people for 5-20 minutes at a time. What posture should I use? I cross my arms usually, but now I'm thinking that conveys insecurity, as does hands in pockets

I'm not really walking, just standing. So I guess I'm asking what do I do with my arms?
