The definition of sexism is so sexist I can't get my head around the irony.

In fact it isn't sexist at all. It is a definition. That is how it is typically used. So this is accurate.

The fact that it doesn't say "only against women" actually undermines the feminist usage of the term.

Personally I hope they don't get rid of this definition BUT rather move it to the entry for
