So as soon as a woman makes an accusation she's a "victim" who gets six months free unemployment benefit and the power to cut her partner out of their kids' lives? Well, thank God there's no incentive for anyone to abuse this law. And feminism will be taught as an unchallenged orthodoxy in schools? And the only criticism is that this piece of legislation doesn't go far enough.

Spanish men should refuse to have anything to do with a Spanish women, for safety's sake. They should vote for the most fiscally conservative governments possible to minimise any transfer of wealth to women. Ideally, they should just emigrate.

This law makes men second-class citizens.

Here is the cycle:

Claim there is domestic abuse epidemic and say there needs to be stricter laws
Create laws that reward women for filing domestic abuse cases and dissuade men from doing it
Domestic abuse rises due to incentives and it is mostly women being abused, since men are too scared to report. Statistics show a grim picture.

Now go back to #1 with the new stats showing how serious it is and show laws need to be toughened even more. It never ends.
