Yesterday I decided to create a tinder profile, really just because I was bored, my profile is literally one bathroom mirror picture and my bio is "I like Minecraft, 1.83m", very low effort, suprisingly I got 6 matches of which 2 look good. But I have no clue how to talk to girls on tinder since I never really gamed girls online, it's way easier for me to be charming in person. So far the conversations just go

Me: hi

Her: hey ...

And I have no fucking clue how to proceed from there. And that is where I ask for advice, should I just straight up try to arrange a meeting or get her number, or should I google some cheesy pickup lines, try them and ask them afterwards.
