Because, or so the claims go, a raep is so traumatizing that she (male victims don't really matter) might not work-up the nerve to report it until months or even years afterwards. (Also troublesome are the raeps which were so traumatic, that the victim repressed them, only for the memory to surface many, many years later-- such as when a feminist counselor convinces a woman that she was raeped unbeknownst to her). Furthermore, the reporting process is (supposedly) so humiliating and troublesome with such little chances of the raeperist being brought to justice and such a great stigma and maltreatment being applied to the victim, that it's not worth the trouble of reporting. As a result, all the stops need to be pulled-out and no expenses spared so that the trembling-leaf victim is encouraged to report. Cash rewards and ticker-rape parades might be a logical next step to encourage the victims to come-forward and be less reluctant to point their terror-stricken little fingers at the monsters who wronged them.

Sure, your girlfriend may have given you sexual consent before the deed but she revoked it privately in her mind while in flagrante delicto, but was too terrified to say so out loud. And managed to act normally for months after she'd been horribly traumatized, perhaps even sleeping with you again and again in the weeks and months that followed. Thus, the need to report your demonic crime long afterwards, perhaps after you two have had a nasty break-up, without you ever knowing that you had done so because that's the kind of thing that remorseless cold-hearted monsters like you do.

One day, I'm sure all statutes of limitations will be waived for raep accusations so that it will be possible to accuse somebody 20, 30 or even 100 years after the fact. At that point, a fair trial will be impossible. But details, schmeetails.

In the particular woman revoking consent, it is possible because she lacks reason and accountability.

Under the law, this should be an impossibility in jurisdictions that provide that a conviction should be had where the proof of guilt is beyond a reasonable doubt AND where the woman actually tells the truth.

However, these cases usually find themselves in a courtroom because the woman privately revokes her consent in her mind, then lies about it and says that she never consented in the first place. If she firmly grasps this story and never relents, then the State have a plethora of experts who will take the stand and explain with a straight face everything that fengpi states below.
