This has got to be one of the most despicable, disgusting things to come out of the UK family court.

Mr Kerslake, who walks with crutches after hurting his back in a fall, was raising their four children. Their 19-year marriage ended six years ago and Mr Kerslake has become estranged from his children

So he was the stay at home dad yet still loses everything.

Seriously, marriage is insanity.

Now, assuming the children that are mentioned are from their former marriage it really bugs me it says "her children" and not "their children".

In 2002, he was given the £175,000 by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, which pays damages to victims of violent crime. He set up the Andrew Kerslake Trust to be used to help other victims of predatory paedophiles.

But she's a woman, thus the victim of Patriarchal Oppression, so of course she deserves it more than child sexual abuse survivors /s

Mrs Tippett attended and argued she needed the money to buy a property for herself and her two youngest children, even though she is living with new partner Jarrod Williams.

This makes it make even less sense. I thought the "justification" of a husband splitting his money in divorces was for back in the day when women almost never worked and very little money of their own. If she's with another man now, she has no need for any financial compensation from her ex-husband

These days the courts are absolutely gynocentric and have no interest in justice or doing what's right by the people who actually deserve it. It's no wonder more young men are refusing to get married

For me, that thing about this is where the money came from , he didn't "EARN" it, iow it wasn't something that being married to her allowed him to do, this was something to compensate for something awful that happened to him when he was a child.
