Nope. If it's currently legal and they are depriving a woman of the right, I'm against it.

Life isn't fair, or equal, as much as we may wish otherwise. There are going to be inequalities regardless, so until the technology to transfer fetuses exists, I'm not going to tell a woman she can't get an abortion.

No bill is perfect. The few cases where the woman is actually raped, actually gets pregnant, actually delivers and keeps it and the rapist is actually interested in custody pales in comparison to the tens of thousands of men that want legitimate custody of a non rape conceived child. The problem with excluding rape (which it should be if it can be proven) is that women will falsely accuse the men to punish them and gain custody. And no mention of what happens if the women are the rapists.

I'm against this on the grounds of right to self. I find the right to one's own body one of the highest tier. I wouldn't even force someone to give a pint of blood to someone they ran over in their car.

And parental surrender/paper abortion isn't analagous to abortion. It's analagous to safe haven laws.

Pregnancy may be very safe, but it's not without risk, and forcing a person to carry a pregnancy is just as disgusting as forcing a person to donate a kidney.
