Sup guys, I noticed that I usually beta bitch myself out of eye contact when I see someone attractive that's looking at me.

You do not think you are worthy of her... or you think she thinks you are not worthy of her.

but what does it do for a female if I keep eye contact until she breaks it first?

Excitement at being dominated by an attractive man clearly interested in her.

Solid, intentful eye contact followed by a skillful break will do more for you than just staring indefinitely. There comes a point when you've seen what there is to see and girls will base a lot of their instantaneous decisions on how comfortable they think they would feel if they continue along certain tracks.

If a girl whose gaze you met breaks eye contact and you're still staring, she knows. If your behavior signals to her that you're not a creep or whatever the fotm word for unwanted male attention is, then she is much more likely to allow herself to be closer to you.

I'm not saying you should bounce your eyes off hers. I'm just saying you should let them be the ones to close the door on the interaction. Too much dominance can be self-defeating if your goal is to meet girls.

Stop asking questions and just go and do it. Learn to stare down any women, you'll find that it'll be very useful when you go on dates. Women always complement my eye contact, say I'm different than others.

Prolonged eye contact is entirely a dominance action. Attempt prolonged eye contact with a man and he perceives a threat. Look away quickly when locking eyes signals weakness or submission.
