Too often women try to lie and cheat their way in the court system; sadly, they often succeed or have no consequences if they are caught.

My mother's daughter has tried this many times over against myself and my family members. She has stated that my father, who went above and beyond for my daughter and her mother (who has no custody, I have sole), struck my daughter and said malicious dialogue along the lines of, "if you tell anyone, no one will beki vee you." This was after my father drove my daughter (probably then 4 or 5) to the mother's apartment for some sort of get together, sat amongst people he didn't particular enjoy being around, and talked and mingled. Soon enough my daughter was missing... she was with her mother "going for a walk" around the apartment complex. My daughter and her mother were never to be left alone, hence my father supervising. But in a group, party setting, things happen fast. He ran out to them and asked what she was doing and how they weren't supposed to leave or be alone. That's when the alleged action and dialogue took place. No other witnesses, of course.

Let me take it a step further by telling you of my father's character. We used to clash a little bit when I was a teen, but once my daughter was born (I was 19 and had been tricked into the pregnancy) we leveled out and got along much more. He's the guy that knows and talks to everyone, will go to the end of the world to help someone, volunteers his time for a known organization, trains people (Personal training) for free at times, volunteers to help train the volunteer fire department I was in as it pertains to the gym and fitness (I remember walking around the station as a kid, he was there for my academy graduation, and he still helps to this day, even with me having to leave due to mental health issues primarily caused or triggered by my daughter's mother), and more. Very kind, very down to Earth, and he most times tries to mediate. He would never hit my daughter in general, especially not in front of her mother who had made lies about myself and many others before.

Anyway, a few years ago we were back in court. Despite abandoning my daughter and causing mental health issues, she feels entitled to try and retain custody and get visitation that she wants. She gets supervised biweekly now and a phone call weekly - that's it. Anyway, I digress... I remember sitting in the lobby with my family and my lawyer talking with hers. My lawyer asks me to talk to him privately and states she said that I said I was suicidal. That is a HUGE allegation, especially with a child involved. I retorted back obviously not... I have anxiety and some depression, but I've never displayed any such tendencencies, nor have I verbally stated such an alarming idea; I especially wouldn't tell her out of everyone in my life. It was dismissed by my lawyer, but I was enraged at this point. Out of all the lies she had told I let roll off my shoulders, but this was extreme. I knew she wouldn't be held accountable for such an allegation; she never faces any consequence for her lies. But imagine if she had custody with me and she made such a statement, even without proof. I'd probably be taken away into CPEP for a mental health evaluation, I could lose my child or my custody of my child, etc.

The worst part is even in cases of false rape allegations (you know, the ones where the guy has his life ruined by being incarcerated, having to go into financial debt for lawyers, loses their job due to his newfound erroneous demeaning and baseless title, loses his kids, is shunned by society, etc.) there are feminists and people on social media that say these women shouldn't be charged or held accountable, because it would instill fear into real victims; which, as per radical feminist media and ideology, is basically being a make these days that looks in a woman's general direction (or if you do not look at them you're a superficial pig). It's a disgusting miscarriage of justice and a toxic, vile mindset. Even when the guys are released or found not guilty, they have been traumatized and they're still negatively branded socially.

Sorry, that went a bit longer than I had anticipated. It's a very heated issue for me.

My daughter's mother stopped just short of this; accusing me of abuse, drug dealing and Satan worship, her lawyer was careful to phrase them all as questions and not let her say anything in court.

It took me 10 months to get supervised visitation with my daughter.
