Bachelor in Paradise producer told male contestant DeMario Jackson falsely accused of sexual misconduct: "I'm going to need you to bow out. Tell [them] you're not there for the right reasons... it's going to be bad if you don't leave tonight." Claims the female involved was the aggressor.

US Government flyer from the CDC does not refer to rape of males by females as rape, but as "made to penetrate". Using this terminology dampens the perception of the severity of male rape and decreases the likelihood of it being taken seriously.

I introduced a new term on Urban Dictionary for a male accused falsely of sexual assault, to help spread awareness.

Still Waters, a poem I wrote about men's rights issues and the deeper ramifications (rejected by The Red Pill sub-reddit for being an "emotional tampon" for speaking out about father's rights issues)

This is fairly classic. There's a common misconception that women are not aggressive. This is incorrect.

Women are less physically aggressive than men, so their aggression is less obvious. Women's aggression is usually social. It's characterised by manipulation of social situations and relationships to cause another person harm, and it's only triggered when the aggressor feels the risk of retaliation or negative consequences from her environment is low.

In the current climate, what could be more low-risk and effective than false accusation? I suspect that posterity will see this as a period in which female social aggression was given the free-est possible rein, sometimes knowingly so (in the case of some feminists).

Wasn't it already confirmed that there was no misconduct? I thought the consensus was just that she didn't want her boyfriend back home to find out she was sleeping around?

[–]bufedad 5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Yeah... it was confirmed.

He was drunk (so drunk he couldn't perform). She was drunk. She came to him and initiated sex.

He was too drunk to consent to what she initiated, but the concern was that he sexually assaulted her.

There absolutely was misconduct. She sexually assaulted him. What happened didn't change just because she initiated and he was too drunk to consent. It's still sexual assault.

I'm glad the truth finally came out, and his character isn't too damaged. (Damaged regardless though)

This is the kind of thing that shows the anti-male culture in the media.

[–]Stargnoc[S] 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

And even though this interview was from E! news, and they just covered Bachelor in Paradise and this particular issue just now on their News program, they did NOT show any of the interview, even while saying "we have yet to hear from DeMario!"

Biased media. All about $$$. Recent Project Veritas video showing CNN is all about ratings and that's why they target Trump so heavily is just more proof.

Project Veritas

believing that shit

Found your problem.

Believing facts? CNN has admitted it's legit.

Found your problem.

Has she been punished for initiating with a drunken partner? For making a false accusation?

[–]bufedad 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

She didn't make the accusation.

She did, however, sexually assault a drunken man.

[–]Mens-Advocate 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She didn't make the accusation.

Ambiguous:

Why have they not released the footage? I refuse to believe in an environment like that, that cameras of some kind were not rolling. I feel like of they just released the footage, then whomever is telling the truth would be vindicated....

Legal reasons, but mainly because it doesn't fit the narrative of man bad woman good. They don't want to upset feminists who will say they are slut shaming or condoning rape blah blah blah. It's about $.
