honestly out of about what...40-50 alleged victims, if he is guilty, i think maybe only 1 or 2 are actually telling the truth and the rest are just in it for the money and are lying through their ass, the mistrial effectively proved they dont currently have enough evidence yet feminists are treating it like the case is already over and he got away with it...not even knowing the basic law you would learn in high school.

a mistrial means the court case is effectively nullified but not closed, it means you have to get more evidence and enough of it to restart the case, then when you do, you gotta get a new judge and jury to restart it.

its not over yet, but if it took so long to get the evidence this time, i highly doubt another case is gonna happen for a while, if ever, the man is what...close to 80-90 at this point, and a court case like this cannot be good for his health at that age, its quite possible he'll die before a new trial starts up, then the case is effectively closed, the only way you can rule innocent or guilty is if he dies while the case is still going through court, then i believe a judge can either rule the case dismissed or the judge can convict the suspect posthumorously though that i think very rarely has happened.
