Canadian policy is to never charge these female false accusers because that might deter other women. There is a reason we call it a criminal justice system here.

Because if she is (or hopefully was) working for Catholic Child and Family Services, then she should be sentenced more harshly.

So, if this is the same Christine Gillum, she used all of what she learned as a counselor and as a volunteer at SARC to falsely accuse and fabricate evidence to support her false claims of rape against her husband.
