Do you guys agree that context of approach is critical?

What are the best places to approach other than bars and clubs, and what about them makes them good places?

Is it super weird/creepy to approach on the subway?

 What about the grocery store?

Other than the subway or the grocery store, what are other places where it's a super bad idea to approach, and what about them makes them bad places?

During approach, how do you get over the palpable awkwardness (for me at least) that the people around you are watching and can see you approaching and know that you're approaching and everything? Do they just not give a fuck? But it's so palpably obvious that you're approaching a girl and trying to hit on her...and it's so awkward that they're just watching this unfold...and if you get rejected it's not just that she rejected you but ALSO that all these strangers around you just watched you crash and burn...
