This has led to people wondering if it’s even legal for the President to do this. Could Trump violate federal law by blocking her?

What the media and feminists like to forget is it doesn't matter who they think they are the U.S President is actually under no obligation to communicate with them. They are not entitled to anything, they can write what they want in the papers and their free speech is protected and so on but they can't force him to listen to their bullshit.

Just looking at her messages that were posted up by the article ( I'm surprised actually, I'd have thought they'd hide them and pretend Trump is just being crazy ) you can see she's just pathetically taunting him non-stop. Further investigation of her twitter account reveals this is a common trend with her so I'm not surprised this idiot ended up being blocked.

Yes, that sound absolutely pathetic and she sounds like a useless twat, why am I not surprised? Attacking Trump and being an SJW writer is clearly one of the only outlet she has in life aside from water colour painting, a shame she can't seem to dedicate more of her time to that and being productive.

There is a constant and I mean constant trend among SJWs who clearly either make their living or have nothing else to do than attack people who are more productive than they are. It's always some middle/upper class halfwit either in university or absolutely useless, desperately trying to make a name for themselves by attacking somebody either more popular than them or more productive than they are.

Isn't that account his private one? Like if it was @POTUS I could understand issues, but not his personal one

No they still have every right to file a FOIA request and demand those records and pay the $20 or whatever it is.

Or they could just log out or look at his account under a different browser.

under the Presidential Records Act, Federal Records Act, and Freedom of Information Act, the public has the right to access these tweets and blocking a user would restrict this freedom.
