I sympathise with him. That is frightening to go through, the ending is nice to know he is rebuilding himself and getting on his feet. Been close to false accusations at school with a fellow student, it was a harsh reality to be taken from class and be told off without any idea what for, and then the reaction when you ask what the complaint actually was.. you them promptly ask to see the school councillor and take some days of school to digest the issue.

His story is the extreme end of the stick, and so unfortunate, but having had my first false accusation on me recently, i can only imagine what he went through, it was an eye opener to how one sided the narrative becomes.

I still can not believe that any MRA who knows his shit would still get married or have kids. Virtually every story of a nightmare marriage, divorce, or parenthood begins with the man thinking the woman was great.

My heart goes out to these guys. I started crying on that first story, but that ending was like the fucking cliffhanger you get at the end of a horror movie that shows things aren't going to work out happily ever after like you thought.

My new partner and I are slowly rebuilding me, but I still flinch sometimes, or do housework out of impulsion.

Can't believe this guy got conned into trusting another woman after what the first did. You get one pass for ignorance, but even a child knows not to touch a hot burner after the first incident.

Edit: Man, the responses to the stories are pretty bad too. So many excuses for the women responsible for horrid things, and lots of cries of "not all women are like that" rather than simply admitting that yes, a lot of women are like that and you being good doesn't negate those doing bad with utter impunity. If a man did half the shit I have read in those comments, he would have been locked up for years or decades, but women get off without even a wrist slap.
